(sur wikipediaVictor Zangiev (Russian: Виктор Зангиев) is a former Soviet and Russian amateur wrestler with a background in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling.
In 1989 he was part of a contingent of Soviet amateurs invited by Antonio Inoki to his NJPW promotion to train and compete as professionals. Zangiev went on to compete in Jim Crockett Promotions/WCW, and the stiff-style UWFi.
He was quick, agile, and light on his feet, often impressing the crowd with his flexible gymnastic-like maneuvers. He has performed acrobatic moves like flip or carousel in a professional(not acted) fight. Most of those moves were performed in Bushido rings league
His name is similar to the Street Fighter character Zangief , who coincidentally is also a pro wrestler from the former Soviet Union.
